PK610 Multi Cover uses a superior, high-tensile, woven polyester yarn sourced especially to meet our requirements for better shrinkage-resistance and strength than is typically found in this type of product. Its woven construction produces a high 1000 x 1300 denier with an (18 x 17) density which offers higher tensile and tearing strength than many other general cover products in the market.
PK610 Multi Cover is a semi-coated product, providing you with a premium product option in this category, without the high price tag. Semi-coated manufacture results in excellent bond strength between the scrim and PVC, with minimal degradation to scrim strength after coating, and offers extended flex resistance up to 400,000 cycles and, therefore, a longer product life in application.
WARRANTY
A 5-year limited warranty on colour fading, cracking (polymer breakdown) and delamination is offered. There is a reduced warranty of 1-2 years for colour fastness on bright colours, especially those including a red pigment.
