PK680 is a versatile fabric which is suitable for a wide range of end uses. In particular, as its name suggests, it’s ideal for applications where better resistance to tearing and ripping are required. The Riplock surface features an acrylic lacquer coating to both sides, delivering improved UV resistance and easy cleaning, with restricted plasticiser migration.
Roll-over tarps, tonneau, trailer or sporting covers, and other outdoor applications where extra all-round durability is needed.

PK680 uses a superior, high-tensile woven polyester yarn sourced especially to meet our requirements for improved shrinkage-resistance and strength. A special weaving process is used to introduce thicker reinforcing threads which are designed to prevent a tear or puncture from spreading easily. Its woven construction has a high1300x 1300 denier (20 x 20) density and a very high tensile and tearing strength.
PK680 is a fully-coated product, so it provides a superior bond with the scrim, delivering greater flexibility and softness, plus the ability to customise the product to suit your requirements by building up the weight and surface quality.
Warranty
A 7-year limited warranty on colour fading, cracking (polymer breakdown) and delamination is offered. There is a reduced warranty of 5 years for colour fastness on bright colours, especially those including a red pigment.
